Loft conversions can be a fantastic way to add an extra bedroom to your property, with the possibility of incorporating an en-suite bathroom. 

Once you have decided on the project you want to undertake, you should now engage with an Architect in order to produce planning drawings and building regulation drawings. Some projects will require planning permission and others may be under permitted development however drawings will still be required for building regulations and for us to know how you want your project to be constructed! Having worked closely with some trusted architects we have the capacity to offer and deliver whole design & build projects as well.

Once the Architect's designs are completed and agreed, we can provide a full detailed quotation outlining the details of the project, the scope of work required to complete the project as per the design, a proposed start date and an expected duration to complete the project.

Upon agreement of the quotation we will confirm the start date and provide a programme of works on request. This will give you a complete outline of the schedule of works so that you are aware of which elements of your project will be completed and when you can expect the project completion date!

We will provide regular updates and orgnaise meetings with you to discuss the project progress throughout and finally, the project will be complete. We have a completion meeting to ensure you are completely satisfied with out work and services.
